BUTTER BUG BOUTIQUE, LLC: SHIPPING POLICIES
Processing/Shipping:
- Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Butter Bug Boutique strives to maintain a fast-shipping rate of under 3 business days from the time the order has been placed. However, this may exceed 3 days during high volume seasons, federal Holidays, or due to inclement weather.
- If you need to request overnight shipping, please contact us before placing the order to ensure that your item will arrive on time.
- Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.Ā
- Shipping notifications are automated and controlled byĀ the carrier. Delays in shipping may occur with the carrier and is not a reflection of Butter Bug Boutique, LLC.
- If there are concerns with your tracking and/or shipment, please contact the carrier directly. If additional information is needed or you have not received a response from your carrier, please let us know and we will do everything we can to find a solution.
- Butter Bug Boutique, LLC reserves the right to not be liable or responsible for shipping issues, missing packages during transit, or damage that occurs once the item has left us.
Re-Routing Packages:
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered during checkout, we advise you to contact the carrier directly and as soon as possible. If additional information is needed from the carrier, we are happy to assist.
- If you are unable to get the shipment re-routed while in transit, the carrier will likely return the package to us.Ā We will contact you to confirm the intended address and re-ship the package for you. A flat rate re-route fee of $5.00 USD will be collected prior to re-shipping.
Damaged Items During Transit:
- Butter Bug Boutique, LLC is not liable for damages during transit after it has left our storefront. If your package is damaged upon receipt; do not open. Take a picture and report it to the carrier (Fed-Ex, UPS, USPS).Ā
- We advise you to contact the brand/company directly for replacements.Ā
